General
Information
All condominiums rented at The Beach include daily
housekeeping services. Linens and towels will be provided as needed.
Please bring your own beach towels for beach and pool activities. All but 4
rental units have flatscreen TVs with Dish Network HD programming.
Advanced Deposits
An advanced deposit is required to
hold a reservation. Reservations are confirmed only when accompanied by
the required advance deposit.
Cancellations &
Refunds
Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day: Notice of
cancellation is required 14 days prior to reservation in order to obtain a
refund of the deposit minus a mandatory 7% cancellation fee. With less
than 7 days notice, you may be issued a voucher good valid October 15 to
April 30 of the current year for any available units. The rest of the year
- 36 hours notice is required and the same rules apply.
Check-In
& Check-Out
All guest arrivals and departures are handled at
the management office reception desk. Check-in is after 4:00pm - Check-out
time is before 11:00am.
Payment
You are required to pay
your account balance in full upon your arrival at The Beach Condominiums.
Guest accounts may be paid with all major credit cards or travels checks.
No personal checks will be accepted for final
payment.
Pets
As a consideration to property owners and
other guests, pets are not permitted.
Daily Rental Rates
Rates are current as printed and are subject to state and local taxes. All rates are subject to change without notice.
