General Information
All condominiums rented at The Beach include daily housekeeping services. Linens and towels will be provided as needed. Please bring your own beach towels for beach and pool activities. All rental units have color television with digital cable and HBO.
Advanced Deposits
An advanced deposit is required to hold a reservation. Reservations are confirmed only when accompanied by the required advance deposit.
Cancellations & Refunds
Notice of cancellation must be received by the reservations office 14 days prior to your arrival in order for us to refund your deposit. No refund or credit will be given for unused days resulting from your late arrival or early check-out unless at least 72 hours notice is provided. No refunds are given on unused portions of packages. All cancellations are subject to a 5% inconvenience fee.
Check-In & Check-Out
All guest arrivals and departures are handled at the management office reception desk. Check-in is after 4:00pm - Check-out time is before 11:00am.
Payment
You are required to pay your account balance in full upon your arrival at The Beach Condominiums. Guest accounts may be paid with all major credit cards or travels checks. No personal checks will be accepted for final payment.
Pets
As a consideration to property owners and other guests, pets are not permitted.

Rates are current as printed and are subject to state and local taxes. All rates are subject to change without notice.
